Orthopedic Rehab Program

Our Orthopedic Rehab Program offers intensive and aggressive care for patients following fracture, joint replacement, orthopedic trauma and amputation. Our staff is particularly skilled in working with patients during the earliest post-operative stages.

Program team members coordinate with the referring physician to ensure personalized care for each patient. The program seeks to assist each patient in reaching maximum potential through rapid mobilization and restoration of function.

Program Features
• Physician-led, specialty rehabilitation team which may include nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, rehabilitation aides, psychologists, social workers, and program managers.
• Fully equipped therapy gym with state-of-the-art equipment adjacent to the patient care unit.
• Daily individual and group therapy services led by licensed therapists, on staff seven days per week.

On-site orthotics and prosthetics services including a regular brace clinic and prosthetic clinic.

Ongoing communication with patient's surgeon to ensure appropriate progression of care.

Our outpatient orthopedic rehab programs offer aggressive care for patients who have completed their inpatient program or are just beginning the rehab process. Orthopedic and Sports Medicine services are available at the Therapy Centers of Salem, Lynn, Peabody, Marblehead, Middleton and North Andover.
