Referral and Admissions
When you are a patient at Shaughnessy-Kaplan Rehabilitation
Hospital, your health and well-being are our number one concern.
You will always receive the highest standard of medical and
rehabilitation care, while also being treated with dignity
and respect.
Unless you or someone you know has been a patient in a long
term acute care (LTAC) hospital or transitional care unit
(TCU), you may be unfamiliar with what happens here. We encourage
you to gather as much information as you need about Shaughnessy-Kaplan
Rehabilitation Hospital.
We have written a Patient
and Family Guidebook to help answer some of your
questions about this unique system of care. Click on the link
