Rehabilitation Program
Our Young Stroke Rehab Program offers an individualized therapeutic,
social and caring atmosphere for stroke patients and their
families. Our strong interdisciplinary approach to care utilizes
state-of-the-art medical technology along with clinical expertise
to provide a comprehensive rehabilitation program, unique
to each patients' needs and goals.
Emphasis is placed on including the patient and family as
integral members of the rehabilitation team. The primary goal
of the program is for the patient to return to the community
prepared to resume productive work activities and a healthy,
satisfying lifestyle

Our outpatient Stroke Rehab Program provides an interdisciplinary
focus for patients who have completed their inpatient program
or are just beginning the rehab process. Our team of experienced
physical, occupational and speech-language therapists provide
high quality, patient-centered care for individuals who have
suffered a stroke.
