Shaughnessy-Kaplan Rehabilitation Hospital (SKRH) relies on
the generous support of the community to help our patients
rebuild their lives. You can help sustain those efforts by
making a gift to the Annual Fund at Shaughnessy-Kaplan. Your
contributions help to fund our:

Rehabilitation programs and equipment
allowing us to provide treatment that centers on each
patients personal goals; |

Educational programs and support programs
for patients, families and caregivers; |
| • |
Facility improvements to ensure a
patient care environment that maximizes healing. |
Ways to Give
The ways in which a person can support the SKRH Annual Fund vary a great deal, but all are meaningful. A donor can offer:

A cash gift by writing a check made
payable to Shaughnessy-Kaplan Rehabilitation Hospital. |

A non-cash gift through stock,
real estate or life insurance. |
| • |
A planned gift by including Shaughnessy-Kaplan
in your will or estate plans. |

A matching gift by contacting your
employer's human resource department. |
Gifts can also be made to honor or recognize a loved one,
or even a Shaughnessy-Kaplan caregiver, with a Tribute Gift.
Simply indicate that your donation is a Tribute Gift and include
the name of the person you are honoring or recognizing. We
will then notify that person of your thoughtful contribution
(no gift amount will be mentioned), and send you an acknowledgement.
